Ryan Fitzgerald, DPM presents an overview of the common symptoms, risk factors, pathophysiology, diagnostic tests, classifications and treatment options for unilateral progressive flatfoot deformity resulting from posterior tibial tendon dysfunction. Throughout the presentation, Dr Fitzgerald offers clinical pearls as well as the latest findings found in the literature. Ultimately, Dr Fitzgerald urges the viewer to perform a systematic evaluation of these very complex patients in order to identify appropriate treatments.
