Cavovarus Foot Surgery

Cavovarus deformity is a widely varied and often presents with a wide range of flexible and rigid conditions. Surgical management of these conditions requires proper evaluation of the extent of the deformity in all 3 planes and a surgical plan that identifies and successfully addresses these issues. We will discuss some of the classic presentations and procedures as well as individual cases to highlight the thought process and delivery of a successful outcome.
