Bone tumors in general are very rare, even more so in the foot and ankle. It is important to always have these on our list of differential diagnoses since many of the presenting symptoms are no different than an acute or chronic injury. As expected a thorough H & P is required, proper clinical, radiological, and pathological correlative approach is necessary. As a physician, one must be able to recognize benign vs malignant processes and when coming across a tumor that is concerning, don’t hesitate to consult different specialists.
